Bicyclette in the 19th: Astonishing food, prices, clientele and location

One always hesitates to rave about a place based on one meal but since Heidi Ellison of Paris Update and Emmanuel Rubin of Figaroscope have joined me (https://johntalbottsparis.typepad.com...) and Le Fooding's Julie Gerbet in thinking this place is special, I'll put it up as an example of the great stuff that's happening these days.

Pre: I keep thinking that at 83, decrepit and failing, I should give up this nonsensical quest for new places in Paris with astonishing food, prices...
