Ate at this new restaurant last night; we were drawn by the open front, which was almost as good as dining outside (and better with the ominous clouds overhead). To be brief, I was unimpressed. The wine list is sparse and all American (which, if they are trying to make a point, was contradicted by the Grey Goose vodka votives on all tables). The menu is standard upscale diner/grill fare. I had a blackened catfish sandwhich that wasn't very good and oddly paired with a tomato sauce that didn't really match. Boyfriend had a grilled Mediterranean chicken sandwhich, which was similarly bland. No desserts or appetizers. Service was fine.
So, despite having not tried much on the menu, I don't think we will return. I would recommend Bonnie's for similar, vastly superior fare on 5th.
