Had a wonderful dinner at Bianca over the weekend. Was with a large group, managed to sample a number of items: fried artichokes w/parsley were fantastic, as was the gnocco fritto w/stracchino cheese. chicken livers were tremendously good. for mains, i had the cotechino w/mashed potatoes-very good, and sampled the gramigna w/sausasge and red pepper-great, and the fritto misto-outstanding, an impeccable rendition..desserts were superb as well, particularly the ciambela w/mascarpone..drank a brindisi riserva from puglia, a great value..service was exemplary throughout, the entire staff was both helpful and genuinely nice and welcoming...highly recommended
