what a little gem! we went last night. first of the place is adorable, i like the small size, the decor is homey and warm.

our food was excellent. we shared appetizers...the fried baby artichokes and fried parsley--the parsley was a real treat, a different kind of sensation in your mouth. we also had an aged beef special served with a little chopped salad. very, very good. we also went for the gnocco fritto with cheese--what a treat. again, it was something out of the ordinary, for me at least.

our entrees were all great as well, the lasagna was delicious--bechamel sauce! mmm. the gnocchi with gorgonzola was excellent too. as was the tagliolini with seafood...the seafood was perfectly cooked, the sauce delicious.

the meal ended wonderfully with a HEAVENLY tiramisu.
we were really really impressed. the service was nice and low key... the cost---fantastic!!! for a bottle of wine, 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, dessert, 3 espressos...we paid about $45 each. amazing! i will definitely be back!
