Bertazzoni Heritage Series

I am seriously looking into buying a Bertazzoni Heritage series freestanding range for my kitchen. I bought an old 1850's farmhouse and it has an electric range that is pretty bad. I love to cook, and am ready to drop money into this. Questions I have are:
Should I get a 30" or 36"? I want a 36" range, but do not need the oven so much.
I love the colors but can't decide on one! It come in black, cream, or burgundy.
Is there any way to see one? No Bertazzoni dealers in my area seem to have one on the floor.
Are they really worth it?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
