Some friends and I were discussing the house red wine offered at Bern's, and we all had different ideas as to what they serve for their house red.
It's only $4/glass but tastes different from night to night.
Maybe someone on this board can help clear things up. here are some of theories
1. private label blend, ie: Bern's Red
2. they pour a glass of whatever wine by glass has been open the longest and is at risk of being dumped out.
3. they blend the leftover wine by glass bottles to create their own blend
anyone know for sure?
