Wow, another home run last night! Four of us went and ordered very nearly everything on the RW menu among us. A nice francese was served with grapefruit butter which was a nice twist. The brandade with aparagus, egg and hollandaise was so good it was painful to share, although the chicken-andouille gumbo was also lovely. The salmon, on a bed of shredded cabbage and with a sauce with a lovely mustardy vinaigery note, was as silky as can be. Both the leg of lamb with its divine sauce, and the vegetarian combo (which I did not try) were much praised. The yuzu mousse was amazingly fragrant and had a haunting citrusy flavor unlike the lemon-lime it is said to resemble. I heard (vociferously!) that the chocolate tart with salted caramel was outstanding but did not partake. Absolutely lovely service from all the FOH staff. The place was hopping but always a couple of tables available. Our terrific waitress told us it will be a whole new menu next week and we are considering a return. Highly recommended. They are incredibly nice on the phone, too.
