Does anyone here use berbere? Or more precisely, berbere sauce in their cooking?
I love the spice and have been routinely using Eleni's Kitchen Kulet - Ethiopian Red Pepper Sauce, which has a nice berbere kick to it.
But recently I've switched to Emilly G's berbere sauce, which is more concentrated and floral.
Whatever brand or supplier you use, berbere sauce is great. It's sort of like a blend of A-1 Steakhouse mixed with equal amounts of ketchup and Sriracha.
'Hounds, other than Eleni's and Emily G's (linked below), any other purveyors of berbere sauce that you know of or can recommend?
