bento boxes at M Cafe

You're all probably tired of my ceaseless promotion of M Cafe by now, but lately I've tried a few of their bento boxes. If you need an easy lunch or dinner to take to work, these can't be beat. I've had both the tofu and the salmon and they're both good, but the salmon is better. You get samples of at least four of their excellent salads and vegetables as well as a main course of grilled salmon or tofu cakes, pickled cucumbers, and four pieces of sushi or rice pouches. It's a lot of food and they're not that cheap ($10-13) but it's a great way to make sure you have some healthy food on hand that will last you most of the day. The one thing that sucks there is the parking, but if you stop by in the morning before work, it's not bad.
