Been on a bender for Chinese lately, and each time I gain 2 lbs/wk! Looking for other options to get crazy about and maintain or lose pounds!!!

I get a bit compulsive about a cuisine I'm interested in..... lately it's been Chinese, and I tend to hit 3-4 places a day, a dim sum here, then a snack elsewhere, a lunch here, and fianlly dinner someplace sles. I limit my portions and only eat half, but gaining a pound or two a week! And am very weight-concious!!

Did the same with sashimi, had it for lunch and dinner for many days in a row, I love it and lost weight, but bored with it now and currently keen on Chinese/ Taiwanese/ Vietnamese/ Thai, etc that all have me gaining weight by the day. Need a new passion/ new cuisine! Sure, could do the Chinese/Asian steamed veggies w/ brown sauce or black bean sauce on the side, but rather boring!!!

Need a new cuisine that is Atkins friendly, on the induction level (ie, 20 grams of carbs a day, so for dinner maybe 12 grams total.

Sashimi and sashimi salads work well, as do salads tossed to order, very few soups, but I love soups and wish there were more lighter ones around!

Very hungry, passionate for great food, and desperately need to lose wt.

Advice so very welcome.....
