Bellagio restaurant before O

We are going to Las Vegas in a couple weeks. The best part of going to Vegas is the food. Every meal is an opportunity for wonderfulness. We have tickets for O, 9:30 show. What would be a good restaurant to have dinner at before? We've done Michael Mina before and while it was good, it wasn't worth the price. Although, we were pretty wowed by MM in San Francisco earlier this year. I've also been to Fix a couple times. I want fine dining, or really amazing food if it's not a fine dining rec. Stellar service and great wine is really important too. Let the recommendations begin! Thanks in advance.
