"Belcampo’s new 30-day and 90-day Bone Broth Subscriptions are making immune-supporting meals more accessible to residents in The Bay Area with how inexpensive the company is offering their bone broths. For a little over $1 a day, any subscription holder can have unlimited in-store bone broth refills – and they can take their bone broths to go, too! Perfect for the flu and cold season, bone broths are highly nutritious and full of vitamins and minerals the body needs."

Sounded interesting, so I asked a few questions, that were answered as shown below

"• Price and length of subscriptions?

30 day subscription is $40 and 90 day is $100. Unlimited refills. You can purchase a card at any of our locations and the dates are written in based on the date of purchase.

• Does Belcampo have special containers that customers must use?

We offer 12oz and 20oz recyclable bone broth/coffee cups. Post Covid, we intend to roll out a branded reusable vessel and bring back the bone broth stations.

• What's the volume of a refill to-go?


• Are Belcampo's bone broths a mix of species, one kind (e.g., beef) or?

The recipe for both our bone broths started in our farm kitchen as a way to utilize the whole animal after processing and has since become one of our most popular products. Poultry is made with Organic, pasture-raised chicken raised on our farm and processed at our butchery. Occasionally it also includes seasonal poultry from our farm such as turkey. Original is made with grass-fed beef + Certified Humane pork. We love to mix Poultry and Original and add a splash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar which is delicious, satisfying and nutrient dense. The vitamin C in the lemon juice improves nutrient absorption. (We also sell a packaged Beef Bone Broth in our butcher shops)"

I'm not finding any information about the subscription online. But I guess that makes sense as one needs to appear in person for the refills. For price comparison, the packaged bone broth is $16.99 or $17.99 per 24-ounces online. https://belcampo.com/collections/bone... Anyone tried the fresh in-store bone broth? I would give it a whirl if I lived close enough to refill a gallon at a time about once a week. That would be to minimize the carbon footprint of driving back and forth and reduce the amount of public contact during the time of COVID-19.
