looking for beijing-style jiaozi (dumplings)

James G, you might be able to help with this. My husband traveled to Beijing and other parts of Asia recently and came back raving about the jiaozi (pronounced like gee-ow-tza). He described them as being more doughy than the dumplings/potstickers/gyoza we usually find here, and round, not the half-circle sort of look. Does anyone know a place to find this style of dumplings? Especially in northern VA. I would love to be able to surprise him.
