I made Beignets!

Ok so I did it a few weeks ago and served them for dessert. The recipe made way too much dough so I cut them up and froze the extra.

Well, I had a free night tonight so as a treat I took a few out and fried them up. Even from the frozen then thawed state they were GOOD!
