Saw this website and hoped that it may be my go to place for learning and discussions on cooking. I live alone and would like to keep cooking at home everynight for myself and preparing my lunch for work the following day. However, I worry about not storing food correctly and end up poisoning myself. Especially when it comes to veggies and fruits. Meats are easier for me. PLEASE, if there are any guidance on how/when to buy veggies and fruits, how to store them, how to prepare them for the following day, that would help a lot.
I read so much about them and I keep forgetting what to do, it feels overwhelming.
