I am really confused as to how to do this. I need to bring chicken, either bites or tenders, wrapped in bacon to an event next Friday night. I'm afraid if I wrap the bacon around the chicken and then just bake it the bacon isn't going to get very crispy and it'll just be soggy. I'm feeling like the whole thing will be drenched in bacon grease.
I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who have done this before and I'm hoping that 1 of you would be kind enough to take the time to walk me through this or pass along any helpful hints you may have.yes, I can Google it but it's just not the same....and my hope is to hear from someone who has done it themselves versus just a recipe that's posted with no other reviews or comments.. I'm also wondering, does the chicken have to be marinated in anything?
Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions are greatly appreciated!
