Beer Hounds from Philly

Hi all! My husband and I are hitting Chicago for the first time this weekend, and are looking to really get a look at the craft beer scene. Half Acre is on the list, but it looks like a lot of the other breweries we are interested in trying (Slapshot, Pipeworks, Moody Tongue) are production only.

Any great craft beer bars where we'd have a good chance of getting all of those and more? If there's good food available too, that's a bonus.

We're staying at the Godfrey Hotel on W Huron Street, but are not afraid to go all over the city for quality brews. A deep dish pizza recommendation would also be appreciated. (When in Rome, right?)
