It's going to be 70 degrees here in New York today and I have two whole chickens to roast. Thinking about trying Beer Can chicken on the grill and wish I had a charcoal grill but only have gas. The charcoal technique calls for cooking the chicken for 1 1/2 hours. Do you think I can roast it beer can style in the oven and transfer it to the grill to finish the cooking? Any advice for the gas grill would be soooo appreciated. Thanks!!!!!
