Beef Weekend

It all started with reservations at House of Prime Rib, but that got a friend joking about his dream of an all beef eating Memorial Day weekend. I (obsessive as usual) started putting together my ideal beef eating three day plan. I then realized that I might be missing some great ideas (and we can always add in an extra meal or a 'snack' or two) that you guys would think of.

So any substitutions or suggestions?

Friday night – House of Prime Rib

Saturday brunch – Corned beef sandwiches at Max’s or Saul’s in Berkeley
Saturday dinner – 7 courses of beef at Pagolac

Sunday lunch – Korean BBQ beef – both short ribs and ribeye
Sunday dinner – Café Rouge or Alfred’s

Monday brunch – machanga omelet – requires some Mexican food searching as I only know where to get them in LA - anyone?

Monday dinner – maybe Chinese food (some place in the Richmond supposed to have 12 hours ginger simmered beef or if too tired of rich and heavy foods, do a beef udon or ramen for dinner)
