My daughter is gettting baptised in mid-June. We will have a small family gathering afterwards (8-10). I am planning on doing a beef tenderloin on the grill. What should I serve with it (other than bernaise sauce)?
I am in Rhode Island so corn and tomatoes won't really be in season yet. I could do some aspargus on the grill, but I do that all the time.
Other criteria: this will be an early afternoon meal, so I would rather it not be too heavy.
