okay, having a dinner for 10 people, want easy, want delicious.
first part of menu (after some appetizers), seared foie gras on arugula, endive with sliced pear and a fig sauce (although I'm open to suggestions here, too)
and then a grilled tenderloin...
with grilled spring veggies...
and garlic mashed potatoes... (although I'm not sure about this either)
and what kind of sauce for the tenderloin? any suggestions? help with the menu?
