Thought they wanted turkey but now the request is Beef Wellington. We will be in a VRBO so need to know the name of a good butcher.
I'm not sure where in AZ you are, but if you're in the Phoenix area I would suggest AJ's - high end grocery store w/ an excellent meat counter. There are multiple locations all over the valley.
ETA: I see they have a Tucson location too ...
Tucson is not a Beef Wellington kind of town, but a couple of places worth a try.
1) Ben Forbes of Forbes Meat Company, works out of Rincon Market. I've been very satisfied with what I've had from him, though nothing like a Beef Wellington
