Beef tagliata

What cut of meat do people recommend for beef tagliata? (grilled steak sliced and served over arugula w/ lemon, etc.) A quick web search found credible-looking recipes that used sirloin, rib, porterhouse/t-bone, strip. I'm sure all would be fine, but what do people think would be best? Thanks.
