Can someone give me information on how to make my own rich tasting beef stock that isn't watery and doesn't cost a fortune to make. I see a lot of recipes for it that contain tomato paste, lots of seasoning. I'm looking for a good basic stock without a lot of other ingredients, I just want to be able to add seasonings when I use it. I know I need to roast bones, cracked knuckle bones, possibly some short ribs. Do I add water to this, or Better Than Bullion Beef Seasoning, possibly. Any help would be appreciated.
