I was shopping in one of my new local Asian markets the other day and saw two "meats" that I am just not that familiar with, Beef Pizzles and Pig Uteri. Ok, this is a first for me in a long time. I have no clue. How would you prepare these "meats"? What dishes are they used in? Do they taste good? Anyone know of and try any other really "interesting" meats or see them in a market and were curious?
