Beef Ladyfingers

I bought these "beef ladyfingers" from my local Ranch 99 market. The butcher said it was the meat cut from in between the bones of a beef roast (I guess the original beef roast was frenched?). Anyway, he said I should roast it for 5 hours so that it comes out tender. I wanted more of a recipe but have had no luck finding anything. Has anyone ever cooked these beef fingers?
