beef Kebabs: Who'd have thought?

I went into my local butcher for some beef kebab meat (had some leftover tzatziki to eat and the wife doesn't eat lamb) yesterday. I wasn't sure what to get, and he suggests SKIRT STEAK, cut into squares. I took some convincing, but boy am I happy I agreed. What unbelievably tender and juicy kebabs! Highly recommended...
