Does anybody know where to get Beef Jerky made from Kobe Beef? How much does it cost and if you've had it, is it worth it?
I'm headed to Austin in a few hours - where can I find some great, custom jerky?
I love beef jerky and I've had a little venison jerky here and there. What other meats make great jerkies and where can I find them? Elk, turkey, pork, rattlesnake, fish (a Vietnamese buddy eats a traditional fish jerky [if memory serves]).
Any other jerky ideas?
