Beef, Brie, Porcini Mushrooms

Thinking about making either a meatloaf or stuffed hamburgers with this combination but wanted to get some opinions first. Part of me says "Go for it!" the other part of me says that the porcinis will overpower everything, or just not be a good flavor combination.

So, whaddaya think?
