IMO, this is a satisfying, comforting winter dish. Has anyone had it recently where it's really really delicious? I like the rendition served at Bouchon on Charles Street and Greenwich Avenue but they add prunes and I like it the more traditional way with lots of mushrooms & carrots. Thanks for suggestions.
