Beef help

I bought a beef tenderloin a while back and froze the chunk of beef that isn't part of the chateaubriand. Does anyone know what it's called? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with it? I thinking of stirfrying it but it seems like a waste of such nice meat.
