I'm planning on having a beaujolais nouveau party for about 20 people...
I was planning on making gougeres,pissaladiere,and tapenade, but I'd like to have at least 5 or 6 different dishes.
Does anyone have any ideas for some other French finger foods/cocktail snacks? And does anyone know of any culinary specialties from the Beaujolais region?
