Restaurants & Bars 2

though i have enjoyed the Beast restaurant in the past, it seems that the last several times i have been the service was frustrating. i have enjoyed the food, for the most part especially the chicken plate, but i agree with an earlier post, the lady bartender seems clueless and our server this past weekend left us abandoned several times. (and before we even sat at our table we were told a 15 minute wait which turned into almost an hour! i would not have minded if i was informed) on another occassion, it seemed like the list of things they were out of was half the menu, and for such a wonderful wine list, the staff should be more informed. i have been going to the restaurant pretty much regularly, and have been patient with the slow service at brunch and often at dinner, chalking it off to a new establishment's squeaky wheels but it seems like they should have gotten it together by now. i hope soon, because the bread has always been a quiet addiction for me and my wife.
