Gotta say, I didn't like 'em at all. The filling is WAY too runny the pastry is dry as a bone and the vanilla flavor is almost non-existant. They seem more like an chefs exercise in contrasting textures than DESSERT!

My husband said that his reminded him of a crunchy baguette hollowed out and filled with hollandaise, and I've gotta agree. Really yuk.
