Need a BBQ spot, but for dinner....

Ok, so I have a buddy (a pilot) flying into Love Field next week. He wants to meet up between 5-8pm and get some bbq before flying back out that night. Unfortunately, all my go to bbq places, Slow Bone, Pecan Lodge and Meshacks are not open during dinner times. So, I guess my options are:

Lockhart BBQ. They say they are open until their meat runs out. They'd still have some at 5:30, no?

Odom's. Never been. Spoken of pretty well on City of Ate

Big Al's. Again, never been. Twin seems to like it so that holds weight.

Bartley's. I like it, but took him there last time.

Rudy's.

Hard 8. I won't go back there.

If I missed a place, please let me know.

Slow Bone,
Odom's Bar-B-Que,
Odom's Barbecue Inc,
Big Al's Smokehouse BBQ,
Bartley's BBQ,
Lockhart Smokehouse BBQ,
Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q
