My BBQ Seasoning

Hey Hounds.

This was requested on the Ontario board.

It's basically a base. I make a dry rub for ribs and stuff by using 3 parts of this, 2 parts brown sugar and one part salt.

Without the salt and sugar I can turn up or down the flavour without over salting or sweetening.

Here it is.

4 Tbsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp. Thyme
2 Tbsp. Oregano
2 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
