To be very honest I haven't had a great deal of roasted/BBQ meats in Hong Kong since I moved back. I went to Joi Hing (再興燒臘) in Wanchai recently and had some BBQ pork there. The fatty pork was significantly better than the lean ones but I kind of prefer my BBQ pork to have a little extra charred edges. Jo Hing's BBQ pork (although good) tasted a little sweeter than I would prefer. I also go to Yung Kee (鏞記) quite often but lately I've found their roast goose to be kind of 'ok' more than anything.
