Have road trip planned to these areas next month to watch some spring training ball games and to eat nothing but BBQ for 4 days. We're BBQ'aholics and will drive way out of the way to find a really great place. Although chains can dish up some good stuff on occasion, we prefer places that will not pass the white glove test, have stacks of wood piled outside, and have an owner who takes pride in his product. We usually skip the side dishes and focus squarely on the meat. We ordinarily eat at 5-7 places a day so we need your help on where to go!
