BBQ discovery in Baltimore

I've just discovered a barbecue stand that is fantastic. On Liberty road at Rolling road there is a Shoppers Food Warehouse market. Well, right out front of the store there sits a trailer and a few custom made trailers equipped with several grills on each. They're called "Up In Smoke Caterers". They're there from about 11AM to 5PM Wednesday through Saturday.

I've only had the Pit Ham (fresh ham, not cured) and their greens. I've been back twice, but I couldn't help but to order the ham again (always ask for a little sauce on the side or on the sammich). I did see the ribs and beef cooking, and they looked fantastic, as well. The ham is very juicy and flavourfull, and the greens were out of this world. They were made from baby greens of some kind. I'll try to pry what greens they use and what ingredients make them taste so good next time I go. Also, the portion of meat on a $5.00 sandwich is very generous. The pit ham rivals anything Andy Nelson does, IMO, and I'm an Andy's fanatic. I can't wait to try thier other offerings.

Anyone else a fan of this stand?
