Chester's Barbecue opened in Clinton a few weeks ago at 10 W. Main St., former site of the Malone's. When we drove past it was a little late for lunch but they are open 11-9 every day so we stopped by for take-out sandwiches. We sampled the brisket and pulled pork variety, both excellent, and so thickly laden with meat that DW had to save half of hers for another day.
They offered 3 flavors of sauce: sweet, tangy and hot--we chose the tangy, it was just hot enough to tickle the taste buds, and didn't overwhelm the meat.

Beside their 11 different BBQ meats, they offer ribs, smoked chicken, chili and dessert either for takeout or eat in, plus several lunch specials. We'll have to go back to try these (or just to smell the luscious aromas!). You can see their website at http://chestersbbq.com
