I am giving a party for my husband's birthday this weekend for over 100 people. I am planning on fixing BBQ Chicken but want to barbeque it a day in advance because I will be insane the day of the party. Cannot be barbequeing it at the party due to number of guests. Can I barbeque the chicken breasts in BBQ sauce a day in advance, cover with more BBQ sauce in a tin and then reheat the day of party? Can this be done without ending up with tough meat?
