This midwestern girl is having a serious barbecue craving. Is there any decent barbecue in Seattle? I've been here a year and a half and the best I've found is Betty Sue's in U Village. I'm looking for comfort food--nothing foo-foo, and hole in the wall dives are even better (in my experience the best barbecue is eaten off of paper plates with white bread!) Is there barbecue to be had like this in Seattle?
