Dinner at Bayona last night. First time back since the storm. Ms Spicer is still innovative and right on the mark, of course. The staff seemed a little less sure of itself, more tentative, but aren't we all. The yellowfin tuna with tomatillo was superb, and husband really enjoyed his crispy sea bass with buttery grits. Starter was the crab spring roll, delicious with minced avocado and red onion. We skipped desert, just didn't need it.
Oh, and the garlic soup wonderful as ever.
