Basmati Rice Equivalent to Whole Foods 365

My wife and I like the Whole Foods 365 brand basmati rice, but at $4.29/lb for the organic stuff it's way more than buying a 10 pound bag at the Asian grocery store.

The issue is that most basmatis I've bought in other grocery stores seem to have a lot of starch and broken grains that make them sticky, unlike the Whole Foods rice that's fluffy, flakey, and doesn't need to be rinsed repeatedly to get rid of the starch.

Has anyone found a bulk basmati that's similar to the WF branded option?
