After another stint at concession-stand duty, I'm wondering what other southern middle-to-high schools serve at their concession stands.
Our menu consists of (besides candy) popcorn, dill pickles, nachos, frito-chili-pie, and jalapenos free on anything. Sometimes people ask for cheese on their pickle, cups of pickle juice, or cheese on their popcorn.
Is there some great southern basketball food we don't know about?
PS the chili we use is the frozen brick heated in a crock pot.
