I went to Little Basil for the second time this weekend . . . last time, I had the crispy whole fish, which was excellent and in an interesting sauce. This time, I started with little dumplings, which I found disappointing--they tasted fine, but more like Chinese dumplings than anything, which made me wonder if they were homemade or not. I also had duck with basil, however, which was excellent--the duck was succulent, the basil leaves appropriately crispy--and well-presented.
