I had a cocktail last night at a *gasp* chain restaurant (The Cheesecake Factory) with girlfriends.
The menu states that the drink consists of Cointreau, pomegranate and grapefruit juices, and Patron Silver, natch. It was served in a tall glass with a salted rim and a twist.
It was tart, like cranberry juice, so I do not believe it was sweetened with simple syrup or superfine sugar.
I've googled to no avail, so I turn to you.
