I visited these two estimable establishments last week -- BB's for the first time, and R-C's for the eight millionth. I was quite impressed with Barney's. I had the plain burger (with excellent raw Bermuda onion) and it was a charred masterpiece, with one big complaint. Barney's won't cook burgers less than "medium." I would call my burger more well done than that. As a "rare" guy, this breaks my heart -- I think this would be a *great* burger if it were a little juicier.
The seasoned fries at Reddi-Chick's are great as only. The entire supermarket/deli area is closed -- anyone know what the plans are for it?
