Barn Burner- in need of a Texas Size ass-whoop'n

Would a native from the great state of Texas be so kind as to take legal action against Barn Burner in Pasadena in order to have them remove both the phrases "Texan" and "Barbeque" from their marquee and menu?

Honestly, the worst pulled pork I've ever had, watery tasteless slaw, hard as rubber ribs. The fried chicken had been fried at least twice, congealing into a greyish-brown, greasy, soggy mess. The french fries, on the other hand, were undercooked. The one common factor was everything that we ate tasted like synthetic liquid smoke- even the lemonade.

Not even a Willie Nelson sized Tex-spliff can remedy what is served there.

Come on people! Texas has had a hard enough time with its image these last few years. No need to besmirch one of its true points of pride, the barbeque.
