Bare Burger replacing Paloma in Stamford, wasted space [See disclaimer from Bare Burger below]

mushroomaffairs | Dec 14, 2015 09:01 PM

I think I may have been one of the last diners at Paloma before they closed, had a terrible lunch and had I known, I would have gone elsewhere. But now it's being replaced by Bare Burger which I think is a serious waste of space. Such a beautiful spot w/ such nice views, it should have been primed for something that focused on fish and seafood or coastal-related and more upmarket than kiddie palate burgers. That's what Sign of the Whale is for.
